When will my order ship?

Most items will ship out within 1-3 business days after ordering. Personalized items will ship out in 3-5 business days. We are generally in the office Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.


How long does shipping take?

We ship all orders using United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail from the USA, Zip Code: 80229. You can calculate estimated shipping time here: http://postcalc.usps.com/

Shipping takes an extra 2-5 business days in the USA (not including APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories), and 10-15 business days overseas (5-10 business days to Canada). All times are estimates, not guarantees.


What are your shipping charges?

USA: $3.95 Flat Fee

Canada: $4.95 Flat Fee

All other countries: $6.95 Flat Fee

All international order are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.


How do do I get free shipping?

Domestic Orders (within the USA): Purchase $29 worth of items, after all coupons and discounts, and we will ship your order for free.

International Orders: Purchase $49 worth of items, after all coupons and discounts, and we will ship your order for free.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We also accept PayPal.


How do I know the item(s) I am ordering are available?

We keep our website as up-to-date as possible with currently available items. However, if we unexpectedly run into a problem with an ordered item, we will notify you via e-mail immediately.


What about computer monitor and product color discrepancy?

We work hard to accurately represent the products and the colors on your screen. However, all monitors are different, and personal settings may affect the colors your computer displays. Make sure your monitor is set to default standard settings for the most accurate representation of colors.


Can I return or exchange personalized items?

All personalized sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.


What about non-personalized returns?

Non-personalized products that are new and unworn can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date on your invoice. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To return your product, you should mail your item to: True Heart Style, 981 E. Highway 224, Unit K, Denver, CO 80229, USA.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Any shipping fees paid on your original order are also non-refundable.
After your return has been delivered to True Heart Style, we usually have your return processed within 3-5 business days. 


How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change anything about your order, including cancellation, please contact us immediately. Once orders move into our shipping process, they may not be available to change.


Does True Heart Style charge sales tax?

As required by law, orders shipped to the state of Colorado are subject to applicable sales tax. If your order is being shipped to any other state, sales tax will not be added to your order.


What about international customs charges?

International customers are responsible for any and/or all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries. Most country's customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and we are not responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.
